Attention Whore

Blending into the crowd just isn’t in the cards for some folks. They’re compelled to stand out. I sort of understand. Why be bland? Why go quietly into that good night, or convenience store? That being said, being arrested and thrown into the clink has its definite drawbacks.
Though, sometimes it’s worth it to make that statement. Where would we be without such attention whores such as Abraham Lincoln and his funny hat, countless Popes and their funny hats, the Mad–– Hatter and his…hats? I guess odd balls are attracted to hats, but that is neither here nor there. The point I’m trying to make is that attention whore, though obviously trying to over compensate for something, play an important role in our society. Besides, how else are we going to see dildo penetrated slave girls strapped to modified lawn mowers?
